The group is promoted in 1970 by Shri D.J. Parekh a technocrat B.Sc. (Engg.)
AMIEE (London) having vast experience of cold drawn copper strips, section &
profiles. His vision & untiring efforts has led the group on the path of
phenomenal growth.
